Gym Membership

The new Spring Ridge Physical Therapy and Pyramid Wellness Center includes a brand new, state-of-the-art gym and fitness center.  

Memberships are $45 per month plus a one time membership registration fee of $50 .   Additional family members cost $25 each per month.

Pre-Opening Specials

Sign up for a gym membership before March 1st and receive a 50% discount on the Gym Membership Initiation Fee (regularly $50).  If you commit to a full year's membership the monthly fee is reduced to $40 per month.

In addition to use of the fitness center, your membership includes discounts on the following:

• Nutrition consultations

• Weight loss consultations

• Cooking classes

• Acupuncture and massage therapy
